청빙분야	1. Direct and lead Sunday worship each week 2. Direct and lead Friday night fellowship each week 3. Oversee and lead Bible study teachers as well as other staff 4. Care for and serve the parents of children in the department 5. Make annual plan and budget for department. Plan and coordinate events such as VBS, parent fellowships, etc. 6. Work with and support other pastors in CE department
